Cangzhou Lingang Mitsubishi Metal Electric Arc Furnace 35kV Dynamic Reactive Generator SVG Performance Test Report

Before 2017, Cangzhou Lingang Mitsubishi Metal Products Co., Ltd. has always had problems with an unstable voltage, which caused the power factors to not fluctuate under grid permissions. In order to meet production requirements and improve production efficiency as soon as possible, the company needed to find a fast solution.

After on-site inspection and measurement, we found the equipment needed to meet requirements for voltage stability, flicker suppression ratio reduction, harmonic compensation exceeded standard levels, and a grid standard. RXPE designed and delivered one SVG device for the user and optimized the device performance. Indicator tests showed that all performance indicators meet device technology agreement requirements.

Cangzhou Lingang Mitsubishi Metal Products Co., Ltd. put the equipment into operation on June 6th, 2018. The SVG successfully solved all of their power quality problems and fully complied with new domestic power grid specifications. The power supply upgrade and voltage operation were more stable, and power grid harmonics went into an obvious decline.
